All of these have easy public transport links to the Hilton.

Gatwick Airport : Take the train to Victoria Station (30 mins) then the Underground or bus to the Hilton (15-20 mins).

We recommend staying at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel as this is where the event will be taking place. If you do not wish to stay here, below you will find a map through which you can easily browse for other hotels and private accommodation. You can hover over an accommodation option to view travel times and distances to the Hilton.

Covid-19 safety measures

Although we are not, at this stage, planning to ask attendees to show proof of double vaccination or immunity to gain entry, this is something that will be continually under review between now and the event. We will closely monitor information and advice coming from Public Health England, the World Health Organisation and both local and national governments. Should we ultimately need to implement such policies, we will inform all delegates as early as possible.

We are, however, planning to use an optional traffic light system of wristbands. At the THE Campus Live UK&IE registration desk, and at the entrance to the THE Awards, you will be able to pick up a wristband of your choice:

  • Red – You would prefer to maintain as much social distance as possible with others
  • Amber – You are happy to mingle relatively normally, but would prefer to greet others with a fist/elbow bump
  • Green – You are happy to greet and mingle with others in a pre-pandemic fashion
